Payment after the service: cash in roubles, a Russian bank card, or an SBP transfer from a Russian banking app. Foreign Visa/Mastercard cards do not work in Russia.

Questions
Do you speak English?
The dispatch line works in Russian. Written requests in English are welcome — we answer with the help of a translator. During the visit the crew communicates in Russian; a translation app or a Russian-speaking companion helps.
How much does a visit cost?
The call-out fee is 6,000 ₽ within MKAD (3,500 ₽ in two districts near our base) and includes the examination. Procedures, medicines and transport are charged according to the price list and only with your consent. The dispatcher quotes the price before the crew leaves.
Can you take me to a hospital?
Yes. State hospitals — by the order of the city hospitalization service under compulsory insurance (OMS) if you are covered; private clinics — by arrangement with the clinic. Transport within MKAD is 6,000 ₽ per 30 minutes.
