Do you need the discharge summary?

Yes — send the latest discharge summary or doctor's note to the dispatcher before the trip so the crew prepares medicines and equipment.

Is emergency care free?

Emergency care when life is in immediate danger is provided without charge under Russian law. Transport, monitoring and services after the danger has been removed are paid according to the price list.
