Hospitalization in a Moscow hospital
We select a hospital by profile and condition, arrange the admission, transport the patient on a stretcher and hand over to the admissions doctors with the documents. State hospitals — under compulsory insurance by the order of the city hospitalization service; private clinics — by arrangement with the clinic.

Hospitalization within MKAD — from 12,000 ₽: call-out and transport (first 30 minutes). Stretcher carrying, stops and waiting — according to the price list.
How it works
- The doctor examines the patient and confirms the indications
- State hospital under OMS: the doctor contacts the city hospitalization service, which issues a dispatch order; we take the patient to the hospital on duty for the profile
- Private clinic: we agree the admission time with the clinic you choose
- Transport on a stretcher with medical escort, oxygen and monitoring if needed
- Hand-over to the admissions doctors with the documents

Questions
Can a foreigner be admitted to a state hospital?
In an emergency — yes, in any case. For planned treatment without a Russian OMS policy admission is on a paid basis, or we take you to a private clinic.
Can I choose the hospital?
For private clinics — yes, by arrangement. For state hospitals under OMS the hospital is determined by the dispatch order and the profile; choosing a specific state hospital is possible on a paid basis (evacuation level 4).
What does the transport cost?
Within MKAD: call-out 6,000 ₽ plus transport 6,000 ₽ per each 30 minutes. Beyond MKAD: 200 ₽ per km both ways, and the time beyond MKAD is not charged.
