Intercity patient transport

An ambulance with a medical crew takes the patient from Moscow to any city within 2,000 km or brings a patient from a region to a Moscow clinic. The patient is monitored the whole way: oxygen, monitoring, pain relief, intensive care if needed. Intercity means beyond the Moscow Region; trips inside the Region are priced differently.

Standard crew, per km both ways: 150 ₽
ICU crew, per km both ways: 200 ₽
Call-out fee: 6,000 / 15,000 ₽

Average speed for the estimate — 85 km/h. Distances over 700 km are covered with two drivers. For addresses further than 30 km from MKAD a 50 % prepayment of the call-out and mileage is required.

This tariff applies to transport beyond the Moscow Region. Preliminary estimate: 150 ₽ per km for a standard crew or 200 ₽ per km for an ICU crew, both ways, plus the call-out fee. Medical procedures en route and stops at other facilities are charged separately; waiting at the admissions unit — first 15 minutes free, then 10,000 ₽ per 30 minutes. The final price is fixed in the contract.

Is a trip to the Moscow Region "intercity"?

No. Inside the Moscow Region: call-out fee, transport 6,000 ₽ per 30 minutes within MKAD, and 200 ₽ per km beyond MKAD both ways for any crew. The intercity tariff applies beyond the Moscow Region.

Can you bring a patient from abroad?

From Belarus and Kazakhstan by road — yes, by arrangement. For other countries contact us: it depends on the route and the border crossing.

What is the longest trip?

Up to 2,000 km from Moscow — for example Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen. Longer routes are possible by agreement.
