About us
AYUMED is a private ambulance service based in the Yuzhnoportovy district of Moscow. The service has been operating since 2015; since 2024 medical activity is carried out by AYUMED LLC under a licence of the Moscow Department of Health.

How we handle prices
The dispatcher quotes the call-out fee before the crew leaves; it is fixed in the contract. Every additional service is agreed with you before it is performed. Calls to the dispatcher and communication with the crew are recorded — this protects both you and us.
