Ambulance call at home
A standard, specialized or intensive-care crew arrives at your home, hotel or office at any time of day, examines the patient, stabilizes the condition on the spot and, if needed, takes the patient to a hospital. The call-out price is known before the crew leaves; everything else — according to the price list and only with your consent.

- High temperature, severe pain, vomiting, dehydration

- Stroke symptoms, loss of consciousness

- A bedridden patient who needs care or transport

- Examination, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, glucose
- ECG with interpretation on the spot
- Injections, IV drips, pain relief, inhalation
- Wound treatment, immobilization
- Decision on hospitalization and transport with medical escort
- Contract and fiscal receipt
Questions
How fast do you arrive?
Usually within 30 minutes within MKAD; from 5 minutes near our base. The dispatcher gives an estimated time when taking the call. Crews use emergency lights and sirens, so traffic affects the time little.
What is included in the call-out fee?
Arrival, examination, history taking, preliminary diagnosis and recommendations. Procedures, medicines and transport are charged separately according to the price list, with your consent before they are performed.
Do you issue medical certificates?
No. We issue the contract and the receipt; medical records can be requested in writing. Sick-leave certificates are issued by outpatient clinics.
