How to call us

Our dispatchers speak Russian. This page explains how to reach us anyway, what to say, and how payment works for foreign visitors.

accepted by messenger; we answer with a translator

If a Russian speaker is nearby — hotel reception, a colleague, a friend — the fastest way is to ask them to call.

Three ways to reach us

  • Ask a Russian speaker to call +7 (985) 887-82-52 and give the address
  • Send a text message in English to the same number in a messenger: address, what happened, your name and a phone number — we will reply
  • Call yourself and say slowly: address, "skoraya" (ambulance), your phone number; the dispatcher will call back with a translator if needed

What to tell the dispatcher

  • Exact address: street, building, entrance, floor, apartment, door code
  • What happened and when; age of the patient
  • Whether the patient can walk
  • Your phone number
  • Your name

Documents

Passport of the patient. For a hospital admission under compulsory insurance (OMS) a Russian OMS policy is required; foreign visitors without OMS are admitted to state hospitals on a paid basis or by arrangement with a private clinic.

Payment

Payment after the service: cash in roubles, a Russian bank card, or an SBP transfer from a Russian banking app. Foreign Visa/Mastercard cards do not work in Russia. A contract and a fiscal receipt are issued in Russian; on request we prepare an itemized statement of services for your insurance company.

Questions

Will the crew speak English?

The crew works in Russian. Doctors understand basic medical English; for anything complex use a translation app on your phone — it works well in practice.

Can I pay by a foreign card?

No — foreign Visa/Mastercard cards do not work in Russia. Cash in roubles, a Russian bank card or an SBP transfer from a Russian banking app.

Do you work with travel insurance?

We provide the contract, the receipt and an itemized statement of services on request; you submit them to your insurer. We do not bill insurers directly.
